2.Introduction of SITC:
Suzhou Institute of Trade & Commerce (SITC), with a history of over 50 years, is a full-time public vocational institute under the administration of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. It is honored as one of the Demonstration Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province, and has successively won such provincial awards as Harmonious Campus of Higher Education Institute, Advanced College in Teaching, Advanced Group of Graduates’ Employment and Advanced College in International Cooperation.
SITC has constantly emphasized on international cooperation and exchange and has successively established friendly relationship with universities and colleges from countries like the USA, the UK, France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea, etc.. Currently, SITC has four international cooperation programs: Sino-UK international education collaboration, Sino-Canada international education collaboration, and Top-up Program and Sino-South Korea students exchange program.
1. Authenticated Diploma
(1) Authentication done by Chinese consulate or embassy
(2) Authentication done by national notarization agency in your own country
(3) Authentication done by Chinese diploma authentication organization
2. Background check issued by local authority or national law enforcement
3. Resume in both English and Chinese (Including position, duration and reference), the document needs to be stamped or signed by your current employer
4. Suitable applicants shall be native English speakers.
Party B shall respect Party A`s staff and education reality, obey Party A`s regulations, accept Party A`s guidance and evaluation, complete teaching tasks and social training, participate in pedagogy seminars and students` activities.
18 periods (1 period=40 minutes) classroom teaching maximum per week (Including teaching, social training, teacher meeting, pedagogy seminars, competition tutoring and etc. Details could be found in work plans and class schedules each semester. The workload doesn`t involve any preparation time.
The salary is RMB 9000 per month and 10-month salary altogether. The payday is in the end of every month, If not a full month, the salary will be prorated (RMB9000 divided by 30 days, times actual working days). (See the following chart). Possible overtime should be noticed to Party B by Party A in advance and paid as 100 RMB per hour.
1500 RMB per month during the contract term and it will be paid together with the salary on the same day.(Only for living off-campus)
8.Free accommodation on the campus (Independent apartment) will be provided. Party B shall be responsible for the equipment and furniture in the apartment and compensate for any damage caused by Party B according to the original price of the item; Utility fee shall be paid by Party B based on the actual use every month and Party A will deduct this part from Party B`s salary.
The airfare reimbursement amount will be set at a maximum of RMB 10000 paid after Party B fulfills the contract. Party B shall provide air ticket copy or receipt to Party A. Party B. will cover any amount exceeding the RMB 10000. If no ticket receipt can be provided, Party B can get the amount of RMB 6000 after the negotiation with Party A.
3000 RMB will be in the end of the contract term after Party B fulfills the contract..
11.Insurance: Party A shall buy critical illness and accident Insurance for Party B during the contract term. Party B could enjoy the same medical care standard and fare as Chinese staff members. In addition, 500 RMB for reimbursement at maximum will be provided during the contract term.
12.Holidays and Personal leave:
Party B is entitled to enjoy the paid holidays as Chinese people. Any leave should be permitted by Party A first and all the missed classes need to be made up. Party A is entitled to terminate the contract if a sick leave reaches continuous 15 days. During the contract term, personal leave could not reach 10 days and continuous personal leave could not reach 3 days.
In compliance with Chinese law, Party A will deal with visa, work permit and residency permit for Party B
During the contract term, Party A will evaluate Party B every term and the result will be considered as basis for further employment.
Two Parties could negotiate on further employment when this contract ends. If two Parties agree, Party A would give a bonus in salary according to the evaluation result.
